Homeowners who wish to be a candidate for the 2022-2023 term of the Board of Directors must submit notice, in writing, no later than June 1, 2022.

Our Bylaws define a specific period where all those interested in serving must publicly declare their intentions 30 days before the Annual Meeting. Typically, this is done by sending an email to CloistersManager@GuardianAM.com or dropping a letter in the night drop located at the Clubhouse. This year, the Board has set the deadline for 6:30 PM on June 30, 2022.

The Board would like to community's input regarding the removal of all landscaping behind buildings that are not readily visible to the street. This removal will be cost saving on replacements and benefit the foundation for each building affected. Please let us know your opinion below:
